Oversees the F.A.S.T. Recreational Gymnastics programme. WTKA World Kickboxing Champion, training and competing out of Urban Combat Ipswich.

F.A.S.T. is Urban Combat's recreational gymnastics programme, teaching foundational skills — balance, flexibility, coordination and basic tumbling — in a fun, non-competitive setting. It's built for general skill-building, fitness and enjoyment, not as a competitive gymnastics pathway.
At Urban Combat Ipswich, alongside Karate, Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Creative Bo Staff and Creative Sword. One membership covers the full timetable, so families already training with us can add gymnastics without joining a second club.

F.A.S.T. suits children who want to build basic gymnastics skills, confidence and fitness in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Families looking specifically for a competitive gymnastics pathway may be better served by a dedicated gymnastics club — F.A.S.T. is designed as a fun, foundational complement to our martial arts programme, not a replacement for specialist competitive coaching.
Having a genuine Team GB-level coach on staff means the fundamentals are taught properly, even though the class itself stays fun and recreational rather than competitive.
