The programme
What Is Creative Bo Staff?
Creative Bo Staff is weapon-forms training using the traditional Okinawan bo (long staff), taught with an expressive, choreographed approach rather than pure combat sparring. It builds coordination, rhythm, focus and control, and complements the karate foundations already taught at Urban Combat.

Where Can I Do Bo Staff Classes in Ipswich?
At Urban Combat Ipswich — as part of the same programme as Karate, Kickboxing, Krav Maga and Creative Sword. One membership covers access to the full class timetable, so students can mix disciplines rather than joining a separate club for weapons training.
Beginners
Do I Need Experience to Start?
No. Complete beginners are welcome, and current Urban Combat students in any other discipline can add Bo Staff straight onto their existing schedule.
